All nuts are nutrient-rich with antioxidants, healthy fat and protein.

However, one of my very favorites is actually not a nut at all but a legume. That IS nuts!

Just a handful of peanuts (approximately 35) or 2 tablespoons of peanut butter a day can deliver significant health benefits.
